General regulations for the quality system of projects involving hazardous dust have been developed by the commission of the Finnish Ministry of Labour, and our company has actively participated in this development work for many years.

	Oy Hesasbest Ab has been certified with the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management, the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards and the OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system.
	Oy Hesasbest Ab has been awarded the construction companies’ Certification of Competence by the Finnish Consctruction Quality Association RALA.
	We are a member of the Finnish Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate and the Finnish Asbestos Contractors’ Association.
	We belong to the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT.

Continuous development

We are continuously developing our work methods and highly specialised machinery. Together with the Helsinki University Central Hospital (HUCH), the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, and Production Technology at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, we have developed both machines and methods by which renovations can be completed so that people outside the work site do not get exposed to released contaminants in any stage of the renovation project.
